Dating back to 5 BC, the tiring but exhilerating climb up the many steps from the village & amphitheatre below afford a part of ancient history & spectacular views of Lindos & beyond from within the castle walls. Having undergone painstaking restoration work in recent times, a visit to Lindos would be incomplete without seeing it.
